What we do

We are appealing the arrest and seeking a change in the preventive measure.

We prepare evidence: expert examinations, documents, witness statements.

We protect the property and rights of the family.

We are in dialogue with the prosecutor’s office, the court and consulates.

How does the extradition process work?

Spain is one of the most cautious countries in Europe. No request is granted automatically: the court examines the evidence, the risk of rights violations, and the political context.

Detention

Interpol/EAW. Arrests are possible not only at the airport, but also during hotel check-in, banking transactions, and currency exchange.

How to avoid mistakes during extradition

A series of short videos from Alexander Preditkevich on what to do if detained, how Interpol and the EAW work, and why you shouldn’t immediately agree to extradition.
